In a Contingent Relationship, the client company works with our recruiters and account managers on a performance-based agreement.  There are little to none upfront costs, however, retained clients are given first priority on sourced talent.  This type of business relationship is best for clients without an immediate need but still want to bring in upper-echelon talent to their organization.  Contingency relationships are non-exclusive to both parties.

Retained Relationships

In a Retained Relationship, the client company is given first priority to select talent sourced for an interview & potential hire.  Search for Logistics will work with the client’s specified internal contact to develop an employee ‘wish list;’ meaning every single little professional characteristic that you seek in your upcoming hire.  We will learn, master and then deliver this on an agreed-upon timetable with strategic communication benchmarks along the way. Your organization will be given a specific SFL recruiter & account manager which will give you the level of service necessary to drive down your internal HR costs. Our recruiters work very closely with our retained client and will use an agreed-upon methodology to find the best person for the job.
